A family camping adventure down the coast.

An institution for local families with small children, to head west along the Great Ocean Road and stop off at one of the picturesque and well-groomed camping grounds of Cumberland, Kennett or Wye Rivers. Surrounded by the  steep Otway hills. As the coast bends in and out, these alcoves provide shelter from Bass Strait and prevailing winds for much of the year. Resulting in a series of tiny isolated villages that feel a world away, with direct access to untouched beaches and forests for kids of all ages to explore and find adventure.

About the painting: From the Kennett River beach looking east towards Wye River, pre-Christmas 2015 bush fires.

An original oil painting, 17.8cm x 22.8cm on canvas board. Shipped unframed.
