Retrospect Galleries, Byron Bay – Friday 2 December to Wednesday 21 December

Retrospect Galleries is celebrating its first year in the Broadbeach gallery and its fourth year in our Byron Bay gallery with the opening of an exhibition of miniature works from a mix of established and emerging artists, each presenting nine individual works in 25cm x 25cm format. These works are both collectable and affordable, making ideal Christmas gifts. First in best dressed!

I am honoured to be invited to participate in this great show again this year; I have put together a series of nine seascapes, derived from my own photographs, captured locally and whist travelling and surfing in Samoa. The sea holds a special place in life, it has an ever changing and shifting mood of form and light that I never tire of observing.
